Can I buy off Easy Access Company direct, or do I have to go through an on-seller?

Easy Access Company only sells its wholesale range through on-sellers. Easy Access Company sells its custom built products such as truck platforms direct to the end-user. We do reserve the right to test the market with new products from time to time but there is no advantage in buying direct. Please call us for your nearest stocking distributor.

Are Easy Access Company's products guaranteed?

All Products are covered by their 'Lifetime Guarantee' which means even if you damage your gear through mis-use we will endeavour to repair it, in most cases free of charge. With the WARTHOG ladders, these have a 10 year guarantee INCLUDING NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR.

Does Easy Access Company hire out scaffolding?

No, Easy Access mainly just sells scaffolding but we can arrange hirage for you through our many affiliates.

Do I need to be certified to set up scaffolding?
|

No, only for heights above 5 metres |
Do you offer training?
|
|
Yes, there are also very good courses available we can direct you to and in most cases, if you have bought our gear we will foot the bill for training.

Are ladders illegal on building sites?
|
|
On some commercial sites, yes. In general you are encouraged to take all precautionary steps to avoid accidents and that can mean using a handrailed platform instead.

Why do you give the Warthogs such a high load rating at 180kg?
|

Ok, no one really weighs that much but it does say alot about how far these ladders have been tested for performance.There are 24 performance tests carried out on all ladders and the tests normally are taken to 4 x the rating!! |
Are all your products manufactured in New Zealand?

Yes, except for the Proscaf range.

What is your standard warrantee?
|
|
12 months, although we stand by all our products for the length of time you own them. If you need repairs done chances are we will not charge you, just send them in and we'll do the job.

Do you get all your products tested? Where?
|
|
Yes, at Materials and Testing Laboratory in Auckland. Of course we regularly test in house too - sometimes with pallet loads of cement etc...!

Who comes up with all your unique designs?
|
|
We do... none of our gear is 'me too', we're tradespeople and we talk to tradespeople and listen hard. One of the team may go to bed and sleep with the light on all night and by morning there's another bright idea...!

How soon can I expect to see my purchase after ordering?
|

Most orders are despatched the day after order. Allow extra delivery time to the South Island. For one- off designs allow 2 weeks from order.

What if I order something but I find it's not what I want for whatever reason. What is your returns policy?

You get 14 days to return the gear, damage free of course.
